A Bath man who stood accused of driving offences and obstructing an officer after a night out has walked free from court.
Jack Davey, 23 of Kingsfield, was found not guilty of driving his silver Mazda without due care and attention, failing to cooperate with a roadside breath test and obstructing/resisting a police officer in line of his duty.
