Tom Scott Marks, 34 of South View Road, Bath, was ordered to pay £205 and given three points on his driving licence for driving on the M4 at 54 miles an hour exceeding a 40 mile an hour speed limit.Marc Wlodarczyk, 28 of Manvers Street, Bath, was sentenced to 26 weeks in prison and ordered to pay £260 for anti-social behaviour, for disorderly behaviour while drunk and for assaulting a police officer.
