A man who used his dead mother's blue badge to park without paying in the centre of Bath has been met with the maximum fine.Tomislav Stojanovic parked illegally by displaying an out of date blue badge which did not belong to him.His case was heard in his absence at Bath Magistrates' Court on Monday (January 16)Mr Stojanovic had parked his BMW 420-D along Lower Borough Walls behind the Gainsborough Hotel on August 30 last year.Read more: Police name Saltford woman killed in A36 Bath crashTraffic...
